Toralf is responsible for our Dispute Resolution practice group. Toralf is specialised in dispute resolution and practice as counsel in disputes concerning complex commercial agreements including e.g. M&A, construction, distribution, insurance and financing etc. Engagements also includes significant disputes related to inheritance and other matters relating to financial family law. Toralf acts as arbitrator in arbitration proceedings according to SCC’s regulations and has completed the SCC’a/SAA’s education for arbitrators. Toralf represents companies and government agencies as well as private clients.
