Flood Herslow Holme elects new partner

Flood Herslow Holme is proud to announce the election of Toralf Hällen as new partner, effective from 1 January.

Toralf is a member of Flood Herslow Holme´s dispute resolution and public procurement practice Groups and is based in the firm´s office in Stockholm. He advices clients in all stages of a dispute – from early case assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and proceedings before Swedish courts and arbitral tribunals. He also assists public authorities with issues primarily related to public procurement.

Toralf joined the firm in 2012 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He has an LL.M. degree from the University of Stockholm.
