Suitable or unsuitable as bankruptcy trustee?
In Insolvensrättslig Tidskrift Nr 1, 2018, Marie Karlsson-Tuula and Annina H. Persson invited to debate when a bankruptcy trustee is unsuitable. The authors highlighted the question how to deal with the issue that some bankruptcy trustees can continue although “… it is known among creditors and the public at large that the person concerned doesn’t fulfil the requirements as set out in the Bankruptcy Act”. In the latest issue of Insolvensrättslig Tidskrift, Lars Wenne and Daniel Wenne at Flood Herslow Holme Advokatbyrå give their thoughts when a bankruptcy trustee is unsuitable.
